We were waiting for the concert of PVT with the impatience of a boy who is waiting Christmas a month before. Nevertheless, we were a little disappointed by the group who didn’t convince us.

Not totally disappointed, but absolutely not satisfied either: the concert of Australians PVT leaves in your mouth, eyes and in our head a bad taste of deception. The waiting, it is true, was more important that the one about all of the Christmas you could have in your life: slightly monomaniacal, listening Church With No Magic, an extraordinary second album which we will talk again soon and right here, but you can already listen to some of the extract on YouTube or on the radio. It accompanies us day and night, like an invisible friend, a little bit scary at times, shattering the door of dreams when we have lost the key. The second album is a living, pulsating, emotional, twist, a depth that we couldn’t feel in the first O Soundtrack of My Heart only by sequence. The first one was quieter, less impressive.

Interviewed during the afternoon, Dave, one of the three boys told us to have begun work on the album Church With No Magic immediately after the publication of O Soundtrack My Heart and the tour that followed it. He also explained to us that the group believed already to go somewhere else if the album doesn’t receive a great feedback from their fan. Calm down, guys: you know how to be brilliant on stage it is also how you because famous and opening the doors of the recognition, you have with Church With No Magic one of the very (very) best discs of the year with Light Up Bright Fires, Window, With No Church or Timeless Magic-the-song tracks which makes Radiohead jealous. Except that tonight, on stage, those of O Soundtrack My Heart, controlled with the perfection of a Swiss cuckoo from CERN, which disappoint us and don’t want to believe in it.

But tonight the deception was there and we couldn’t really know if it was just for tonight or if it is like that every night. We don’t know if you are tired of being on stage or you didn’t sleep properly or just you drink too much foster beer but tonight the concert didn’t give us the quality that we can get through your album by listening at home. So, yesterday, the show at the casino of Paris wasn’t so good and we are expecting something better for the next time.

After that, I have just spend a little bit of time on a table of blackjack, play a  little bit of money and go back to my flat where a listened the album again to be sure that I was listening the same sound. Nothing to say that you have to improve your stage skill and give us more that what you give us tonight but the album is still very good.
