This year’s World Poker Tour Marrakech has named a winner. The whole event was dominated and finally won by a 23-year old German player Sebastian Homann who pocketed €244,508, gained a coveted WPT bracelet and also won a seat the WPT Championship. He needed to eliminate over 200 players to make it to the winning seat. He was a chip leader throughout the whole final play which eventually became a battle between Homann and Guillaume Cestcut. Homann does not consider himself a professional player, playing poker rather recreationally. This victory has been the biggest in his poker career so far. He will have a chance to add to the prize again at the end of the WPT season.
